Las Fuentes Hotel Policies

Check-In: 13:30 hrs.
Check-Out: 12:30 hrs.

Guarantee policy:
In order to guarantee the reservation we full payment in advance for the first night (transfers, deposit or at the front desk in advance).

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the date of arrival to avoid cancellation fees in individual reservations.

*Group reservations are subject to a penalty according to the cancellation period.

No shows:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person fee:
A 50.00 MXN fee applies per extra person.

Children:
Minors aged 11 and younger are considered children. 12 years old and older pay full rate.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in special rooms with prior notification.

Overbooking policy:
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
